Hi! Thanks for stopping by our website. Let me introduce myself to you. I am Jo Ella in Customer Support and I assist several of the Travel Counselors here in the office. I have been in the Travel Industry for 17 years, and have had the pleasure of being with Cruise Holidays since 2001. I started out in travel as a full service travel agent, but since joining the team at Cruise Holidays, I have directed my expertise to the "customer service” area. My job comes in to play after you have made your vacation plans with one of our travel counselors. I assist with any necessary changes in your vacation package and help you with questions you may have. I work closely with your Travel

Counselor. There is nothing more gratifying than to have our guests tell me what a fantastic time they had on vacation. What fun it is to help someone create wonderful memories to last a lifetime! My favorite destination has been beautiful Hawaii and I would love to go back there, but the Caribbean comes in a close 2nd! I have Bermuda on my list of one of the next places to visit. I know many of you already and would like to thank you for letting us help you in making your vacation plans.
